Exercise 2c: ISO
2c.1) ISO effects exposure
2c.2) ISO effects image quality
Exercise 2b: Shutter Speed

Lecture

I learn ISO can also affect the light of the picture, and if I use lower ISO then my photo will become clearer and if ISO is high then there will be more noise in the picture. Today class we also learn about shutter speed, when we use fast shutter speed we can take picture like freeze, but 1/50s speed is only normal speed. If we want take the sharp of moving subject, we can set shutter speed slowly like 3-5s then we can get a flow picture.

Instructions
Exercise 2c: ISO
2c.1) ISO effects exposure
2c.2) ISO effects image quality...

Upon reading, viewing and discussing the material on ISO, we have come to agree that ISO effects exposure (Exercise 2c.1) and effects the quality of an image (Exercise 2c.2).
Your in-class task today, requires you to prove that:
2c.1) ISO effects exposure
2c.2) ISO effects the quality of an image by increasing the noise and grain of a picture.
Exercise 2b: Shutter Speed
We have already proven that shutter speed effects exposure (2a & 2c). Your task is to now prove that shutter speed has the ability to freeze fast moving objects and blur moving objects.
All images must be in black and white, using sun light. Ensure you are shooting at the highest quality JPEG.

Exercise 2c.1) ISO effects exposure
PIC1. ISO:100  f:5.6  shutter speed 1/400

PIC2. ISO:200  f:5.6  shutter speed 1/400

PIC3. ISO:400  f:5.6  shutter speed 1/400

PIC4. ISO:800  f:5.6  shutter speed 1/400

PIC5. ISO:1600  f:5.6  shutter speed 1/400

PIC6. ISO:3200  f:5.6  shutter speed 1/400

PIC7. ISO:6400  f:5.6  shutter speed 1/400

PIC8. ISO:12800  f:5.6  shutter speed 1/400

Exercise 2c.2) ISO effects image quality
PIC1. ISO:100  f:16  shutter speed:1/80

detail of PIC1.

PIC2. ISO:6400  f:16  shutter speed:1/4000

detail of PIC2

Exercise 2b: Shutter Speed
PIC1.shutter speed:1/1000  ISO:800  f:5

PIC2.shutter speed:1/1000  ISO:800  f:5

PIC3.shutter speed:1/50  ISO:800  f:22

PIC1.shutter speed:1/50  ISO:800  f:22
 Extra work

PIC1. shutter speed:5s  f:3.5  ISO:100
PIC2. shutter speed:5s  f:3.5  ISO:100
PIC3. shutter speed:5s  f:3.5  ISO:100

Feedback

Reflection

Experience - Last week I didn't use the sun light, so I did wrong work at the beginning. But after I know this I take photo again and do It right. So i need to pay more attention on the class, obey all rules of class then I can take the nice photo.
Observation - Even a little set change can change a picture, so when I shoot photo I need pay more attention on it, and try to find all right set and take.
Findings - I learn how to change shutter speed , aperture and ISO, those three main set control the picture quality, even I cannot find a big different from picture , then the quality will change by use different aperture shutter speed and ISO

Exercise 2a: Aperture
Exercise 2a.1: Aperture does affect exposure
Exercise 2a.2: Aperture controls Depth of Field

Lecturer:
On week3 we have been told how important of aperture. It can affect exposure and controls depth of field. Most of time we need set F in few numbers such as 4, 5.6, 8, 11, 16 and 22. Every number between 3 little turns. If we just change F but do not change time and Iso, then the picture will become duck. If we change time and F at the same time, as the F become bigger than the background of picture will become more clear. When we change F, there is a line under it then we need change time follow the line until the number become to 0 or the point in the middle.
Instructions for exercise 2:
Exercise 2a: Aperture
Exercise 2a.1: Aperture does affect exposure
Exercise 2a.2: Aperture controls Depth of Field
Upon reading, viewing and discussing the material on aperture, we have come to agree that aperture effects exposure (Exercise 2a.1) and controls depth of field (Exercise 2a.2).
Your problem task for the week is to prove the theory as fact that aperture does effect exposure (Exercise 2a.1) and control depth of field (Exercise 2a.2) by devising a plan and acting on it.
When updating your ePortfolio ensure you describe your plan before showcasing the evidence that proves the theory. Number your images and include the ISO/F/Shutter Speed settings under every image.

All images must be in black and white. Choose appropriate subject matters for your images

Exercise 2a: Aperture(in class)

pic 1 .  1/40   Iso 800  f:5.6

Pic2.  1/40  Iso 800  f:11

Pic3.  1/20  Iso 800 f:8

Pic4.  1/10  Iso 800  f:5.6

Exercise 2a.1: Aperture does effect exposure:
Pic 1.  1/3200  Iso 400  f:5.6
Pic 2.  1/3200  Iso 400  f:8
Pic 3.  1/3200  Iso 400  f:11
Pic 4.  1/3200 Iso 400  f:16
Pic 5.  1/3200  Iso 400  f:22

Exercise 2a.2: Aperture controls Depth of Field:

Pic 1.  1/3200  Iso 400  f:5.6

Pic 2.  1/2000  Iso 400  f:8
Pic 3.  1/800  Iso 400  f:11
Pic 4.  1/400 Iso 400  f:16

Pic 5.  1/200  Iso 400  f:22

Reflection:
Information at the top is incomplete.

Experience:
After the exercise I know more about aperture and how aperture affects exposure and controls depth of field.
Observations:
Each buttons have different functions, we can take picture without use it, but the picture will not perfect .The more functions I learn, then the better picture I can take.
Findings:
Before I think every can shoot but after the class i think only i have more knowledge of photography then I can take a nice picture.

Lecture

our first class was cancelled because public holiday, so we start our class from week two. During the class we have been told the requires of this photography class, we create our Facebook group and our own blogger. We have to bring our camera and laptop to the every class. The first exercise given by Mr.Vinod was choose10 photo of our most favorites shoot, 5 from our own and 5 from other photographer, explain the story about those as well.

In fact i don't have a camera so i have to borrow from my friend, but it isn't the big problem for me, because Mr.Vinod speak fast and i don't use words about photography before so i have to ask my friend to understand lecturer better, but luckily he put everything he ask we to do in the slides so i think if i try my best i can learn this subject will.

Instructions for Exercise 1:
In this exercise students will explain the reasons they like the chosen images, what they found interesting when taking/choosing or after taking/choosing the images. Students will present 5 images of their own and 5 images of 5 different photographers from different continents/countries. You must credit the photographers and explain the backstory. By this process students exercise their ability to discern and reflect on what makes a good image is theoretically.

First of all I will start will 5 pictures from me

Nothing is more than a delicate life to impress people's hearts, baby photography is very difficult, although they are very cute, but they are difficult to control. No matter what these children grow up in the future, at least they have left these precious soft moments.

Reflection

  Look all good.

Experience

The teacher gave us the job is to find five photos of our own and five photographers’ photos, and write evaluation. I think this job design is very good, because it shows me the problems of my photos clear, but also appreciate some of the photos we usually do not notice, let me know that I have a lot of things need to learn

Observation

Before i don't often take photos, and I think anyone can take picture, but when I finish this task I know it is not that easy like I think. In fact how to take a nice picture is a skill, I totally change my mind about photography

Finding

I need work hard because my picture looks so bad than others, and I will try my best to learn photography knowledge.
